Suomen Asiakastieto is one of the leading providers of digital business and consumer information services in Finland. In addition to data, Asiakastieto offers a wide range of analytical products and services as well as decision services. The customer requirements for decision services are twofold. Part of the customers require streamlined templates with rapid client onboarding and part of the customers require customized decision logic. The ACTICO software provides a comprehensive set of functionalities to support the implementation of rule models (data integration, policy rules, scorecards, rating models) to enable Asiakastieto to offer flexible decision services in Finland for a wide variety of customer use cases.
The Credit Decision Platform allows the Asiakastieto Decision Services team to implement customer-, country-, and product-specific rule sets using a graphical drag-and-drop editor. The team can flexibly create, implement, test, and deploy rule models without coding skills required. Rule parameters (e.g., thresholds, score values) can be adjusted using a web-based user interface. Models coded in Python can be easily integrated and combined with the rules-based approach. On the operational side, the software supports both, the fully automated decisioning process and manual underwriting use cases.

The platform enables the flexible expansion of the rule models, regardless of whether new data types (e.g. PSDII), new markets or new products are involved. The segmentation of these rule sets can be nested to every extend whereby existing rules can flexibly be re-used to save time and effort. Machine Learning Models can be integrated and executed in process and in memory – everything available in a SaaS operating model.
