I’ve been heading up the Professional Service Team at ACTICO’s Chicago office since 2009. My job includes project management, rule modeling and consulting. I help clients to develop and roll out ACTICO applications in their companies and provide them with training on our products and solutions. I work with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams to create proof of concepts and presentations for prospective clients. As a mentor, I also look after new employees and encourage young talent.
ACTICO is very focused on innovation. It is constantly developing new ideas and initiatives for the financial and insurance sector, and I would like to continue to grow as part of this company.
What do I like most about ACTICO?
The diversity and professionalism of the team and the focus on collaborative working. Everyone at ACTICO is a true professional with a wide range of experience and skills. There is a strong focus on sharing thoughts and ideas and encouraging staff development. This is also done by organizing activities like team events and hackathons.
