Wüstenrot’s new bank for retail customers relies on ACTICO’s Credit Decision Platform for credit scoring and decisioning

Immenstaad, March 10, 2021 – The Austrian group Wüstenrot has decided to implement ACTICO’s Credit Decision Platform.

In addition to Wüstenrot’s classic offering of home loans, the Group will expand its portfolio by offering other banking services such as current accounts to its existing customers and prospects. At the core of the risk assessment for both mortgage financing, as well as overdraft and current account loans the bank will use the ACTICO Credit Decision Platform. This highly flexible and scalable platform helps Wüstenrot to fulfil its technical and functional requirements in an optimal and future-proof way. Working collaboratively with the bank’s IT and business teams towards implementation, a solution is created that ensures an ideal customer approach from a risk perspective.
