Sales Development Representative (f|m|x)

Your Challenge

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) (f/m/d) to contact and qualify potential customers to build a pipeline for our Sales Managers.    

  • You are responsible for the active acquisition of new customers and, therefore, your focus is on outbound sales
  • Conducting discovery meetings to assess prospect challenges and find out if we have the right solution for them
  • Arranging appointments through a combination of classic prospecting techniques such as social outreach via LinkedIn, phone or email
  • Working closely with the presales, sales and marketing teams to convert leads into qualified sales contacts
  • You monitor the market and analyze trends for new business opportunities and sales strategies
  • You are responsible for the international leads in Asia-Pacific (Singapore) and Americas (Chicago)

Your Skills

  • Completed studies, ideally with a business or technical background, e.g. business administration, business informatics 
  • You have already gained experience in B2B inbound and outbound sales, ideally in IT/software sales
  • You have a "hunter" mentality, are a strong communicator, curious and enjoy customer contact
  • You work independently, proactively, drive the sales team forward with your ideas by continuously looking for opportunities to win new leads
  • You have very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • An interest in banking topics, an affinity for IT and experience with CRM systems are an advantage
