Cloud Architect / Expert (f|m|x)
Your Challenge
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect / Cloud Expert who is passionate about the cloud. Your role will be to support our efforts in providing a high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud / SaaS offering for ACTICO’s software technologies and solutions.
- Assume responsibility for the provisioning of a scalable, secure, and reliable cloud / SaaS offering
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Product Development, Cloud Ops) to ensure our software products and solutions meet cloud-native requirements and allow for efficient, automated deployment and operations in the cloud
- Ensure and create documentation to proof compliance with cloud-related regulations (e.g. BCM, ITSec) and support (re)certification programs (e.g. SOC2)
- Act as the subject matter expert for cloud-related questions interacting with customers, prospects, and internal teams
- Manage the relationship and contracts with Cloud Providers (e.g. AWS) and our sub-processors
Your Skills
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Passion and enthusiasm to ensure a high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud / SaaS offering
- 2+ years’ experience with cloud architectures, and automated deployment tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
- Deep knowledge/Experience of IT security requirements and concepts (e.g. data encryption, key management)
- Knowledge of product, services of cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Team player with proven ability to be held accountable for projects/tasks assigned
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
- Fluent in German and English
