September 2020 \u2013 Die Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen (DQS) hat das Business Continuity Management-System (BCM) von Actico zertifiziert.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eEs ist eine tolle Best\u00e4tigung f\u00fcr uns und unsere Kunden, dass unser Notfall- und Risikomanagement der ISO-Norm und damit auch internationalen Standards entspricht\u201c<\/em>, sagt Christine Moosherr, Chief Operating Officer bei Actico.<\/p>\n<p>Das ISO Zertifikat 22301 erhalten Unternehmen, die auf jegliche Art von Betriebsunterbrechungen vorbereitet sind. Dazu werden kritische Situationen analysiert, Vorgehensweisen ausgearbeitet, dokumentiert, getestet, <em>\u201eimmer wieder verbessert und neuen Gegebenheiten angepasst, um Probleme so schnell wie m\u00f6glich zu beheben\u201c<\/em>, so Moosherr. Die Anwendungsbeispiele reichen von Erste-Hilfe-Ma\u00dfnahmen \u00fcber einen Serverausfall bis hin zu Bombenexplosionen oder dem Ausbruch einer Pandemie.<\/p>\n<p>Wie erfolgreich das BCM-System von Actico etwa in diesem Fall funktioniert, hat sich bereits vor der Zertifizierung gezeigt. Alle n\u00f6tigen Vorkehrungen zum Schutz vor Covid19-Erkrankungen wurden schnell und problemlos umgesetzt. <em>\u201eVon einem Arbeitstag auf den anderen konnten alle Mitarbeiter erfolgreich aus dem Home Office arbeiten\u201c<\/em>, berichtet Hans J\u00fcrgen Rieder, Chief Executive Officer von Actico.
