Entsprechende Vertr\u00e4ge zum Erwerb der Bosch Financial Software GmbH und die dazugeh\u00f6rigen Gesch\u00e4fte in Nordamerika und Asien wurden im Sommer unterzeichnet. Die Transaktion wurde Ende Oktober vollzogen.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h3\">Starkes Erwerberteam: Langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung in IT und Finance<\/h2>\n<p>Das Erwerberteam besteht aus vier Management-Mitgliedern der Bosch Financial Software GmbH: Thomas Cotic, Christine Moosherr, Thomas Kn\u00f6pfler und Volker Gro\u00dfmann. Sie sind seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren im Unternehmen und waren teilweise Gr\u00fcndungsmitglieder der Innovations Softwaretechnologie GmbH, die den Ursprung der Bosch Financial Software GmbH bildete. Dr. Bernd-Michael Rumpf, ehemals Mitglied des Executive Boards bei Temenos S.A. und Mitglied des erweiterten Vorstands der SAP AG, ist ebenfalls Teil des Erwerberteams und wird zuk\u00fcnftig den Beiratsvorsitz f\u00fcr die ACTICO GmbH \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Aus Bosch Financial Software GmbH wird ACTICO GmbH<\/h3>\n<p>Seit dem 11.11.2015 firmiert die Bosch Financial Software GmbH als ACTICO GmbH. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und vertreibt spezifische Softwarel\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Banken, Versicherungen und Finanzdienstleister. Alle 110 Mitarbeiter an den Standorten Immenstaad (Deutschland) und Chicago (USA) geh\u00f6ren nun zu ACTICO.<\/p>\n<p>CEO Thomas Cotic sieht positive Effekte: &#8222;Unsere strategische Ausrichtung wird sich noch st\u00e4rker als bisher auf den Financial Service-Sektor konzentrieren. Schon heute bedienen wir \u00fcber 100 Banken, Versicherungen und Finanzdienstleister in mehr als 30 L\u00e4ndern. Neben der konsequenten Weiterentwicklung unserer fachlichen L\u00f6sungen werden wir die Technologie Visual Rules for Finance optimiert f\u00fcr den Einsatz im Financial Services Gesch\u00e4ft weiterentwickeln.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Die Wurzeln der ACTICO GmbH gehen auf die Innovations Softwaretechnologie GmbH zur\u00fcck, die 1997 gegr\u00fcndet wurde und heute das Software- und Systemhaus der Bosch-Gruppe ist. Das Software-Gesch\u00e4ft f\u00fcr die Finanzbranche wurde seit 2014 in der Bosch Financial Software GmbH eigenst\u00e4ndig gef\u00fchrt.
